Chocolate Bark

Sweet Salty Chocolate Bark

3 Cups Dark Chocolate, broken into pieces
1/2 Cup roasted and salted Peanuts, chopped
1 Cup Pretzels, broken into pieces
1 Cup plain salted Potato Chips
1/2 Cup Raisins

Pinch of  Sea Salt

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to ensure the bottom of the chocolate does not burn. Once smooth and melted, stir in the peanuts, pretzels, potato chips, and raisins, and mix until well combined. 

Immediately pour the chocolate mixture over a metal or silicone baking sheet and use a rubber spatula to spread the chocolate into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick. Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the top of the chocolate. 

Transfer the chocolate bark into the refrigerator or freezer and allow to cool until completely hardened. Once the chocolate has set, break into pieces and serve. 

*This recipe can be easily adapted to be both dairy and gluten free. Feel free to get creative with your own add-ins!
